To help you complete the challenge, you should engage in the following activities:

• Read Developing Standards and Policies by John Olson.
• Review the "Experience to Learn From" scenarios (listed below). The will help clarify the concepts in the readings.
• Post your response to the comprehensive question (posted in the Discussion database). Review the responses of at least two of your fellow participants and comment on their ideas from your perspective. (Since this is a demonstration module, this feature is not activated. Normally each module will have a collaboration activity that gives you the opportunity to interact with other participants to complete an assignment.)

Don’t think that you are restricted to these resources. Feel free to consult other sources and other people. You may also want to go over the Review questions and cases to make certain that you understand the concepts addressed in this learning module.

Finally, you are to go to Revisit the Challenge and submit your final response for evaluation. Your final response is due Saturday morning.
