Welcome to the Master's of Leadership
in Educational Administration Program! This program was developed for the working professional
in educational organizations and offers participants the opportunity to complete the program
in two years.
A primary goal of the MLEA program is to enhance the knowledge,
skills, and perspectives of current and aspiring educational leaders. Many, but not all, of
the participants in the program are individuals currently employed in or desire to pursue employment
in the finance, business, technology, and related departments of school districts and other
governmental agencies.
Dr. Catherine Glascock, the Coordinator of the Master's of Leadership
in Educational Administration (MLEA) Program, offers a welcome and an overview about the
program.
