Mr. Stinson is a Professor Emeritus and former Dean of the Ohio University College of Business. He now devotes much of his time to Sarhanther, a small research-based consulting firm that helps companies develop and implement advanced educational systems for individual and organizational learning.

Mr. Day served as Dean of the Ohio University College of Business from 1987-1993 and is a retired OU faculty member in the Management Systems Department. He is a Founder of the Ohio University Insurance Institute and the Retired Chairman of its Board of Advisors.

Mr. Ranum oversees a department of 15 risk management specialists who provide risk consulting services to healthcare facilities insured by OHIC. In addition to the more than 16 years experience in risk management and claims, he is an attorney licensed to practice in the state of Ohio.

Julie M. Brightwell, BSN, CRNA, JD

As Director of Education for OHIC, Ms. Brightwell develops risk management education programs for insured facilities and providers. Prior to law school, she gained 11 years of surgical intensive care and nurse anesthesia experience in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and California.
