Registration must be received by March 31, 2009. Enrollment
is limited to 18 students. Early registration is recommended.
Fees
Program cost is $3,500. Program cost for OHIC or The Doctors Company insured organizations is $3,000. Payment is due upon confirmation of enrollment. Payment arrangements may be an option.
OHIC or The Doctors Company insured organizations: If the insured organization pays the $3,000 program tuition, $1,000 will be refunded to the organization at the next renewal, following the applicant’s successful completion of the program.

| Educational Credits
Participants interested in receiving undergraduate college credit for the program must register through Ohio University. (There is an additional fee for college credit.) Click on the "Academic Credit Information" link below for more information. Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) may also be available from some professional organizations.
Cancellation Policy
Registration fees, less a $50 cancellation fee, are refundable if cancellation notice is received 10 business days prior to the program.
OHIC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program due to an insufficient number of applicants or other unforeseen circumstances.
